Protesters in Galveston demand answers about demeaning arrest

Hundreds of people took to the streets in Galveston Sunday to demand that police release video of a controversial arrest. Last month, two Galveston officers on horseback arrested Donald Neely for misdemeanor trespassing and then escorted him using a rope tied to his handcuffs.
