Here & Now: DCAC Pinwheels of Hope

Last year, a report of child abuse in Dallas County was made on average every 19 minutes with more than 27,000 cases. The Dallas Children's Advocacy Center leads in outreach, prevention, and support for these children. FOX 4's Shaun Rabb learns more about their important work and the Pinwheels of Hope yard sign campaign.
