Arrest in Dallas hit-and-run that hurt boy, 13

Police say Jerome Walker claims he thought he hit a construction sign. He told police he went back to the scene to take a photo for an insurance claim but drove away once he saw first responders on the scene “because he did not have a driver’s license."
