Dallas turkey distribution: Prioritizing health

The Dallas American Heart Association is prioritizing health this Thanksgiving by passing out healthier ingredients to communities with high food insecurities. The turkey and food giveaway starts at 11 a.m. at the West Dallas Multi-Purpose Center.
