Mom, daughter returning from Halloween killed in crash

A young mother and her 6-year-old daughter were among the three people killed in a Halloween night crash in Richardson. Seven more people were hurt in a chain-reaction crash that shut down U.S. Highway 75 near the Plano/Richardson border for about nine hours.
