Dallas, Garland ISDs release accountability grades

A Travis County judge issued a temporary restraining order that stopped the release of accountability letter grades for districts across the state. Leaders with Garland and Dallas ISD voluntarily released their ratings anyway in the interest of transparency and accountability.
