Houston power outages: Abbott calls for investigation

In his first news conference since returning to the U.S., Texas Governor Greg Abbott called for an investigation into power provider CenterPoint. Hundreds of thousands of people in the Houston area are still without power after Hurricane Beryl made landfall on Monday.
