Arizona court upholds near total ban on abortions

Arizona's top court upheld a near total ban on abortions that was enacted more than 150 years ago. The ruling is already having a major impact in the presidential race with Democrats and some Republicans criticizing the decision. FOX's Marianne Rafferty has more.
