Lawsuit blames utility companies for Texas wildfire

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott returns to the panhandle today to get an update on the wildfires that have now burned more than 1.2 million acres of land. Meanwhile, a lawsuit blames three power companies for causing the biggest fire. FOX 4's Paige Ellenberger explains.
