New wildfire pops up in Texas Panhandle

Strong winds continued to fuel huge wildfires over the weekend in the Texas Panhandle. One town was ordered to evacuate as a result of a new fire spreading. FOX 4's Paige Ellenberger gives an update on the Roughneck Fire.
