Arlington restaurant owner's accused killer arrested

A Houston man is awaiting extradition to Tarrant County after police said he murdered a well-known Arlington business owner back in December. Fernando Taylor is in a Houston jail for the death of 56-year-old Vietnamese restaurant owner Tho Tieu.
