Texas’ floating barrier can stay, court rules

Texas Governor Greg Abbott's floating border barrier will remain in place in the Rio Grande for now. A majority of the 17 justices who make up 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have agreed to hear the buoy barrier case.
