Dallas, Fort Worth ISDs among districts closing Tuesday

Several North Texas schools are closing on Tuesday after a snowy Monday. Dallas and Fort Worth ISD were among the districts opting to close. FOX 4's Peyton Yager explained the decision by some districts to close and others that are staying open.
