Mother of Everman 6-year-old charged with murder

A Tarrant County grand jury has indicted the mother of missing Everman 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez on multiple charges, including capital murder. Everman police say the indictment will allow authorities to apprehend and extradite Cindy Rodriguez-Singh.
