Neighbors concerned after police chase ends in shootout

Dallas police are expected to release more information about a weekend stolen vehicle chase that ended in a deadly shootout. Neighbors said the commotion caused them to step outside and record video of what they saw. They also said they're getting concerned about the crime in that area.
