Paxton's mistress doesn't testify in impeachment trial

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's defense is set to begin calling witnesses today in his impeachment trial. Prosecutors rested their case Wednesday after Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick deemed Laura Olson, Paxton's mistress, "unable to testify."
