Capitol riot hearing: Jan. 6 committee to go prime time with 'mountain of evidence'
The House committee investigating the January 6 attack at the U.S. Capitol will be holding it's first public hearing in almost a year after meeting with witnesses and analyzing all the evidence leading up to, during and after the riots. The committee is also expected to discuss what role, if any, former President Donald Trump played in both inciting the riot and his alleged efforts to overthrow the election results which declared Joe Biden the next president.
