City of Dallas sues concert promoter, property owner over fatal mass shooting

The city of Dallas announced it's filing a lawsuit related to this month's concert shooting that killed one person and injured more than a dozen others. They are suing a church, which owned the property where the event was held, and the concert's promoter.
