California utility admits it may have ignited fire

LOS ANGELES (AP) — California’s biggest utility admitted its electrical equipment may have ignited a ruinous wildfire spreading across the state’s wine country Friday, despite blackouts imposed across the region to prevent blazes.

Angels employee reportedly provided drugs to Tyler Skaggs

Los Angeles Angels officials responded Saturday to an ESPN report that a public relations employee for the team told federalinvestigators he provided oxycodone to former Angels pitcher Tyler Skaggs and abused it with him for years. The report also mentions that two team officials were told about Skaggs' drug use long before his death in July.

Hollywood mourns loss of actor Robert Forster

Hollywood continues to mourn the death of actor Robert Forster. He died at the age of 78 as his latest project, "El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie,'' was released in theaters and began streaming on Netflix.
