Joseph J. Rowe is a member of the Texas Regional Digital Content team, reporting on statewide news.
Joseph joined the team in 2025 after spending two years as a digital platform manager at The Weather Channel in Atlanta, Georgia.
Originally from Southern California, Joseph completed his high school education in Mansfield, Texas and graduated with a B.S. in Mass Communications with a focus in Broadcast Journalism and Advertising/PR from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Joseph continued his educational journey by earning his M.S. in Digital and Social Media Communication at the University of West Georgia.
During his time at Stephen F. Austin State University, Joseph helped start the digital and social media presence fo the SFA Athletics program. He was recognized by the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Association (NACMA) for the best "Digital Video Segment" and best "Multi-platform Branding Campaign" regarding his work with SFA Athletics.
