
Carter Freemon
Carter Freemon is a Dallas Digital Content Creator for FOX 4 News in Dallas, Texas. He also produces Free 4 All+ on FOX Local.
Part of a military family, Carter lived in Arizona, South Carolina and Maryland before his family settled down in Keller, Texas. He attended the University of Oklahoma, earning a degree in Art: Film/Photo/Media. His work in the art school was featured at various shows and film screenings on campus and across Oklahoma City.
Carter joined the FOX 4 team in early 2026. Prior to joining KDFW, Carter worked at 105.3 The Fan in Dallas, the radio home of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. He spearheaded their livestream video operations, growing their YouTube channel and digital presence. He was also a co-host of "Fan University", a Saturday morning college football talk show during the fall and contributed to other shows at the station in an on-air capacity.
Outside of work, Carter loves listening to and writing about new music, watching college football every Saturday in the fall, learning presidential history and playing games with his friends.
