DALLAS - A suspected drunken driver is accused of causing several crashes while going the wrong way on the LBJ Freeway.
The first crash happened around 10 p.m. Sunday near Forest Lane in Dallas. No one was seriously hurt and the driver kept going.
He then crashed into a pickup truck and SUV near Miller and Plano Roads. Two people were hurt there.
Police believe the driver, who suffered several serious injuries, was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. He’s being charged with intoxication assault.
