Woodrow Wilson HS student taken to hospital after on-campus altercation
DALLAS - A Woodrow Wilson High School student was checked out at the hospital on Wednesday.
Dallas ISD says two students were involved in an on-campus altercation at the school.
One student sustained "superficial cuts," according to the school district.
The student was taken to the hospital for treatment as a precaution.
Dallas ISD says the student is expected to make a full recovery.
DISD says the incident is under investigation by its police department and that the student will be disciplined according to the Student Code of Conduct.
