DALLAS - A woman was killed after being hit by an 18-wheeler in Denton Thursday morning.
It happened around 1:30 a.m. as the woman was crossing northbound Interstate 35E. She was killed on impact.
Police said the driver did stop to help.
Investigators don’t know why the woman was walking across traffic.
