DALLAS - Dallas police are investigating after a man was found shot to death during a welfare check.
Police were called to Whitehurst Drive in Lake Highlands on Thursday morning.
Officers found 26-year-old Kishon Ellis-Washington, who died at the scene.
Police did not give any other details about the shooting.
