DALLAS - What we know: A young teenage girl was found shot inside a crashed car in Dallas late Monday night.
Police responded to a crash on Dallas Parkway near Trinity Mills Road around 11 p.m.
Inside the car, officers discovered a young teenage girl who had been shot in the stomach.
The girl was taken to a nearby hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
Police said several teenagers were in the car at the time of the crash. Investigators are interviewing them to determine what led to the shooting.
