Surf and Adventure Park coming to McKinney; 35-acre, $200M attraction

McKinney, TX - A 35-acre surf and adventure park, featuring a 4-acre surf lagoon, resort-style hotel, dining, entertainment, and business spaces, is coming to McKinney.
The city of McKinney has entered a $200 million agreement with Cannon Beach to attract tourists and boost North Texas' economy.
Cannon Beach Surf and Adventure Park will be located at the northeast corner of Stacy Road and State Highway 121.
