Police in Sherman say 4 found dead in home
SHERMAN, Texas (AP) — Police in the North Texas town of Sherman say four people — including two children — have been found dead in a home.
Police say they were called Monday for a welfare check. Authorities say all four of the people found dead lived in the home. Police have identified the deceased as: 36-year-old Malachi Russler; 39-year-old Kelly Russler; 7-year-old Laing Russler; and 10-year-old Jayden Evans.
Police Sgt. D.M. Hampton says they are not yet releasing any information on how the four died. He says it's still an active investigation and officials are looking at the evidence and marking it.
Police said they are not looking for any suspects at this time.
Sherman is located about 65 miles north of Dallas.
