The driver of an SUV hit and killed a pedestrian walking on south Central Expressway in south Dallas early Sunday morning, said Dallas County Sheriff’s Deputies said.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. near MLK Boulevard.
Deputies aren’t sure if the victim was trying to cross the road or was walking along the side of the road when it happened.
The SUV driver did stop at the scene, deputies said.
The investigation continues.
