Dallas weather: January 14 morning forecast

A Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect in North Texas at noon on Sunday and will be around until at least noon on Monday. There are chances for freezing rain and sleet in the forecast. FOX 4 meteorologist Kylie Capps breaks down what will happen and when.

With an arctic blast sending temperatures below freezing for 80+ hours, several warming centers are being opened up across North Texas.
