Jewish Federation holds solidarity gathering in Dallas
Hundreds came together in Dallas Tuesday night as the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas held a solidarity event. They shared a message of love and support for Israel. They also condemned Hamas, the Islamic terrorist organization that attacked Israel by surprise on Saturday.

Senator Ted Cruz and Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson were among those showing they stand with Israel. Cruz did not address the crowd.

NTX couple rushes to get out of Jerusalem as war ensues
A North Texas couple spent the last couple of days trying to get out of Jerusalem and back to North Texas.
Johnson read a resolution he plans to present Wednesday to city council members condemning Hamas’ attack.
With more than 1,000 people registered in attendance, the temple coordinated security with Dallas police to ensure safety.
Registration was required for enhanced security at Temple Emanu-EL. The temple’s rabbi prayed for Israel’s decision makers.
