Police have not released the identities of the victims. They did clarify that the two teens who died were close, but were not related by blood.
The identity of the person who fired the weapon is also unknown.
What they're saying:
"It doesn't make any sense."
Desiree Wilson, who lives near where the shooting occurred, says she was about to go to bed when she heard shots being fired.
"I closed my eyes, and then we just heard loud bangs," Wilson tells Castillo. "I couldn't figure out if it was somebody banging on our door, somebody shooting here at our house."

"Makes me just sad. Really, really sad because, you know, this is such a quiet neighborhood. We don't have these types of issues, and it just makes me scared."
What's next:
No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting. Kelly says their investigation remains ongoing.
"It's early in the investigation. What I can tell you is, with our investigation, we will determine who fired, who discharged the firearm during this incident, and if charges need to come as a result of the actions of any of these individuals, then charges will be filed and arrests will be made," Kelly said.
