RICHLAND HILLS, Texas - Police in the Fort Worth suburb of Richland Hills said a man who looked like he was ready to party held up a bank.
The man was wearing a Hawaiian shirt when he robbed a Wells Fargo bank branch on Boulevard 26 around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
He tried to get away on a lime green bike but didn’t get very far. Police arrested him a short time later.
Students at Mullendore Elementary School, which is nearby, were told to shelter in place after the robbery.
Police have not yet released the suspect's name.
