There were some big high school football games being played tonight. While some enjoyed them from the warmth of AT&T Stadium others had to brave the cold and rain.
From bundling up, to drinking warm beverages, football fans at the Gopher Warrior Bowl in Grand Prairie did anything they could to cut the cold.
Either you had an umbrella in the stands or you enjoyed the game up underneath the press box.
"It's pretty cold, I'm kind of glad I get to see my school play, but it's suffering" said Marcus Dotson.
While some suffered in Grand Prairie, seven miles west at AT&T Stadium, fans of Arlington Martin and Allen were toasty warm and dry.
Willie Holguin was one of those fortunate ballgoers.
"I don't know what else to say other than, yeah, we're just lucky I guess that way."
