Garland resident wins $1M prize from scratch-off ticket

GARLAND, Texas - A Garland resident won a $1 million prize from a scratch-off ticket sold in Richardson.

The Texas Lottery says the Millions Club ticket was purchased at the Tom Thumb on Arapaho Village in Richardson.

The claimant chose to remain anonymous.

The Texas Lottery says it is the fourth of 10 $1 million prizes to be claimed in the game.
