Video from the gathering shows crowds of people running from gunshots in Fort Worth's Como neighborhood.

They still don't know why a group of what investigators call "unknown males" opened fire on the crowd.

Cellphone and security videos show the panic of hundreds of people trying to escape the gunfire when shots rang out.

Police have not released any new video that may help lead to the shooters. They also have not released any information about who they're looking for.

But, all of the victims who were killed have now been identified. They include 18-year-old Paul Willis, 22-year-old Cynthia Santos, and 18-year-old Gabriella Navarrete.

Paul Willis

Family members confirmed that one of the victims is 18-year-old Paul Willis.

Willis' mother, Kadesha Weatherly, said she was a few blocks away when the shooting started.

She knew her two sons were in the area. She later learned her son Paul had been shot in the head.

Weatherly was back on Horne Street on Wednesday.

"The blood trail is pretty much what I have left of my baby at this point," she said.

The grieving mother said with the medical examiner's report incomplete and the investigation still underway, she hasn’t been able to see her son’s body.

"I want answers for my baby. He deserves it, and the other children deserve answers," she said.

Weatherly said her son graduated from high school in Arlington and worked at a nearby McDonald's after moving to the area from Chicago.

"They didn’t even let my baby make it to college," said Weatherly. "I just want people to remember his name and not just an 18-year-old-victim."

Willis' mother said the teen wanted to be an electrician.

"He got his own apartment. He was doing the things a young man should be doing," said Weatherly. "I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy."

Cynthia Santos

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office identified one of the people who was killed as 22-year-old Cynthia Santos.

Family members say that she went to the neighborhood to celebrate the Fourth of July with a friend.

Santos’ older sister spoke to FOX 4 Wednesday. She said Santos made a rare, last-minute decision to go out with a friend Monday evening.

"Somehow, I don’t know what he said, but he convinced her. She changed out of her pajamas and put some shorts on and said, ‘I will be right back. Give me an hour,’" she said. "It’s a mess. My mom is a mess. My dad is a mess. I am trying to keep it together for her."

On Wednesday, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner identified the third victim of the shooting as 18-year-old Gabriella Navarrete.

The medical examiner's report said she was shot in the back.

Her family said she had just graduated from Weatherford High School in May and was studying to be a makeup artist.

"I am still trying to process all this. She was my only daughter. She stopped by Comofest after school. I am still waiting for her to come through the door and tell me about her day," her mother, Rosa Carrasco, said in a statement to FOX 4.

Surviving Victims

Eight other victims in the crowd were shot but survived. According to police, one of the survivors is a juvenile.

Co-workers of 36-year-old Daron Rutherford of Fort Worth tell FOX 4 was shot in the stomach and is awake and out of surgery.
