FBI uses tattoos to ISD alleged child sex abuser
The criminal complaint shows investigators were able to use social media posts made by Christopher Driskill to match his image to one of the men seen on video molesting a young boy. That video was posted on the dark web.
TEXAS - The FBI says a Texas man has been arrested who produced child pornography from 2017 through 2024.
Christopher Lynn Driskill, 48, was arrested last week in Texas by agents from the FBI Dallas Field Office in San Angelo.
According to the criminal complaint, Driskill was living in Coleman, Texas, with his parents. Coleman is south of Abilene.
In September, a witness called the Coleman Police Department to report child molestation.
According to a criminal complaint, someone Driskill had been dating told Coleman police that he drunkenly admitted to molesting a child in Coleman.
When interviewed by police, Driskill denied sexually abusing a child. According to the complaint, the child did not make an outcry when they were interviewed by state investigators.

Court documents show since there was no additional evidence and no outcry at the time, police had to close the case due to lack of evidence.
The September interview with Driskill was recorded, and still images from the video were uploaded to a database by the FBI.
However, Driskill’s tattoos revealed in the footage helped the FBI charge him in a separate investigation that started two months earlier.
Earlier this year, the FBI was notified about videos showing a group of men sexually abusing a young boy. They were posted on the dark web by an unknown user on July 27 and July 29.
The videos show the face of a young boy and the face of at least one of three unknown men. The men were involved in pornographic acts in the video, according to the court documents.

The complaint also shows Driskill's tattoos matched the ones on a man in the produced pornography found. Facial markings also matched his driver's license photo.
One of those tattoos said, "cast no stones."
Richard Roper is a former U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Texas not connected to this case.
"I think this is an excellent example of the FBI working with local law enforcement to connect the dots to really bring a very, very serious perpetrator to justice," he said. "Because if you hadn’t had that cooperation, this guy would still be out there."
Driskill’s initial court appearance was Tuesday. If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in federal prison.
