The driver who led Plano police on a high speed chase early Saturday morning has been arrested.

Police say the chase started at about 1:15 a.m., after the driver of a white sedan refused to stop when officers tried to pull the vehicle over in the area of North Central Expressway and Spring Creek Pkwy.

The driver reportedly reached speeds of 95 mph while trying to elude officers.

About 10 minutes later, the chase ended in Dallas, on the southbound frontage road, near the Coit Rd. exit.

The driver was taken into custody, and the three passengers were detained and questioned by police.

No injuries were reported following the chase.
