Talkers: Our favorite school snow day announcements
As schools close down for the winter weather, a few North Texas educators came up with creative ways to announce the news to their students. These are our favorites from Forney ISD, Little Elm ISD, and Brock ISD.
DALLAS - Dallas ISD, Fort Worth ISD, and many other school districts are already closed for the remainder of the week. But some districts were waiting to decide on Friday.
But with sleet and snow now falling in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, their decision has been made.
Arlington, Carroll, Grapevine-Colleyville, and Mansfield ISD were among the first major districts to announce Friday closures.
