Deep Ellum shooting injures one

DALLAS - Dallas police are investigating a shooting in Deep Ellum on Sunday morning.

Police were called to Elm Street, near Malcolm X Boulevard around 3 a.m. for a shooting.

Officers later found a victim who had been taken to the hospital by a private vehicle.

The victim's injuries are not expected to be life-threatening.

No arrests have been made, according to police.
