FORT WORTH, Texas - A natural gas leak shut down Vickery Road in Fort Worth Friday morning.
The Fort Worth Fire Department said the leak in on Vickery Boulevard near Brunswick Street was detected around 3 a.m. The road was shut down in both directions.
Atmos crews worked all morning to repair the line. The road should be reopening by 11:30 a.m.
Nearby businesses were not evacuated but some did shut down because of the road closure.
