ROYSE CITY, Texas - The Amber Alert for a missing North Texas teenager was canceled after police said she was found safe and in "good health."
Royse City police said detectives identified a possible location where they might find the missing 16-year-old.
Detectives and officers went to the location in the Tarrant County city of Euless and found her inside a residence.
The teen was taken to the Rockwall County Child Advocacy Center for a forensic interview and a 17-year-old male who lived at the residence was arrested for harboring a runaway.
Police are still investigating but said they found no evidence of an abduction.
Royse City police issued the Amber Alert because they were concerned about the teen's safety.
She was last seen leaving a friend’s house and getting into an Uber on Saturday around 5 a.m.
According to police, she texted her friend afterward to say she had safely made it to her home in Caddo Mills.
But when her mom returned home later that day, she was not at the house. She also was not at her father's house or any friends' houses.
Police said the teen's phone was last detected in Euless around 7 a.m. on Saturday.

A bill that will allow law enforcement to issue missing child alerts more quickly is headed to Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk.
"The Royse City Police Department has no information that [the missing 16-year-old] was abducted; however; due to the length of time since she was last heard from, there are serious concerns for her safety," the department said in a news release.
A new law allows police to send out an Amber Alert in a 100-mile radius even though not all requirements for a statewide alert have been met.
