The man accused of going on a random rampage in Kalamazoo has filed a lawsuit from this jail cell against the ride-sharing company Uber.
Jason Dalton filed his hand-written $10 million lawsuit against Uber Technologies Inc. last week from the Kalamazoo County Jail.
The 45-year old former insurance adjuster is seeking punitive damages of $10 million and claims the company 'ripped him off and never paid him back for overtime'. He also claimed that he 'busted his butt' for the company and that they did not pay a Christmas bonus.
He goes on to say that he is in prison because of Uber and that the company does not care about its drivers and that they are all 'peasants' to the company. Read the entire thing below:

The lawsuit was filed last week and coincided with Dalton saying that the Uber app had taken over his mind and body. He said when he opened the app the eastern star appeared and that a symbol Dalton described as a devil figure directed his next move.CLICK HERE FOR MORE.
