Suspect charged with intoxication manslaughter for Dallas crash that killed 2

A 23-year-old has been charged with intoxication manslaughter for a crash in Dallas early Sunday morning that killed two people.

The wreck happened at about 5 a.m., in the 6700 block of Military Parkway.

Investigators found that a car driven by Joel Rosales-Perez went off the road and hit another car and two people standing outside the car.

Two people are dead after a driver slammed into a semi-truck in Dallas early Saturday morning, causing the vehicles to catch fire.

Rosales-Perez’s car then hit a light pole.

The two people who were struck were pronounced dead at the scene. One of the victims has been identified as 21-year-old Lester Matute-Urquea.

Rosales-Perez was arrested and charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
