Netherlands vs. Japan match at Dallas Stadium ends in draw

The World Cup arrived in Dallas Stadium as Japan took on the Netherlands, with the match ending in a draw.

The Group F heavyweight matchup was the first of nine tournament games to be played in Arlington. Boasting a tournament capacity of just over 70,000, Dallas Stadium was expected to be packed on Sunday and will host more World Cup matches than any other venue in the country – including a highly anticipated semifinal.
