Floral festival 'Dallas Blooms' opens at the Dallas Arboretum

One of the largest floral festivals in the southwest is opening. It's Dallas Blooms at the Dallas Arboretum. FOX 4's Brandon Todd got a preview of colorful gardens and spectacular displays.
