Bassel Ghassani from Mamoun's Falafel joins Good Day to make a falafel sandwich. To make your own, just add falafel, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Tahineh sauce (sesame seed, water, salt and lemon) to an open pita bread. Falafel is ground chickpea mixed with onions, parsley, garlic and spices and then deep fried.
