Car critic Ed Wallace takes a look at the 2019 Hyundai Ioniq hybrid electric. The plug in hybrid version has a base price of about $25,000 and the all electric model starts around $30,000. He tested the regular hybrid and said it feels a bit more substantial than a Prius and is quieter.
