7 Layer Bars
Graham Crackers 11 oz. (about 21 full graham crackers)
Butter 1 cup
Granulated Sugar 1/3 cup
Sweetened Shredded Coconut 3 cups
Pecan Pieces 1 1⁄2 cups
Butterscotch Chips 1 cup
Semi-Sweet Choc Chips 1 cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 - 14 oz can
Line a 13"x18" cookie sheet with parchment paper, spray lightly with pan spray and set aside. Grind the graham crackers in a food processor until crumbs. In a large bowl, toss together the cracker crumbs with the sugar. Add the butter and mix until well blended.
Press graham crust onto parchment lined sheet tray. Pour 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk over graham crust all the way around the outside border, making sure to get the edges.
In a bowl mix, Butterscotch Chips, Coconut, Pecan Pieces, and Chocolate Chips. Distribute evenly over crust. Pour remaining sweetened condensed milk over bars.
Bake at 300° for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature on rack.
Run a knife along the edge of the pan to release the bars. Use a large cutting board to flip the bars out of the pan and peel the parchment off of the bottom and flip back into the pan. Cut into 24 rectangles (3.25"x3") (do not cut warm or the bars will break).
