Family escapes North Richland Hills house fire
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas - A family of five escaped a house fire early Tuesday morning in the Fort Worth suburb of North Richland Hills.
The one-story brick home on Carma Drive, near Rufe Snow and Glenview drives, caught fire around 3 a.m. A couple and their three young children were able to make it out safely.
By the time firefighters arrived the house was engulfed in flames. Firefighters were forced to battle the blaze from the outside with a ladder truck and the home was gutted.
It’s not yet clear what caused the fire.
